Perpetual is proud to offer the _Women in Asset Management Scholarship_, designed to foster the next generation of female investment professionals.

Commencing in February 2026, this initiative reflects our commitment to diversity, education, and industry development.

Program overview:
We are looking for one talented woman to undertake a rewarding internship opportunity in Pendal’s Income & Fixed Interest investment team.

The internship starts in the last week of February 2026 and concludes at the beginning of June 2026.

Scholarship offering:
- 3.5-month, one-day-per-week paid internship opportunity in Perpetual’s equities investment team- A $3000 prize to support your academic journey- A dedicated mentor in the Perpetual investment team- Opportunities to build professional networks across the industry- Insight into career pathways in asset management
- Please note: This scholarship does_ _not guarantee a permanent role_ post-placement._

Eligibility criteria:
We’re seeking women with a keen, genuine interest in developing a career in asset management. Criteria includes:
- Applicants in their second year of university study or later, in the following disciplines:
- Commerce- Finance- Law- Science- Technology- Engineering- Marketing- Communications- Psychology- Arts- The internship requires in-person attendance at our office in Sydney’s CBD.- Applicants must have the right to work and study in Australia during the internship period- Applicants with strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build purposeful professional relationships.
