**ICT Customer Support Officer**
- Permanent, Full-time position
- Work hours: 38 hours per week
- Salary $73,150 to $80,000 per year plus superannuation

Casphone Kingaroy is looking for a qualified ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team.

We are looking for a self
- motivated, English speaking, articulate person to fill the role of ICT Customer Support Officer within our company.

Job duties
- determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
- installing and downloading appropriate software
- implementing computer networks
- designing and maintaining websites
- repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
- may work in a call centre

Skills and experience Required:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar ICT customer support role.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an ICT Customer Support Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $80,000.00 per year
