We are seeking a resilient teacher with a genuine love and respect for children and their families. Someone who is enthusiastic about providing high quality learning environments, evident in daily programs and attitudes. We require an ECT for our Kindergarten program.

We are seeking Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators. Full time and permanent part time roles are available at our Boronia service. These positions are flexible, as we understand and value each Educators personal and family commitments.

We are also seeking an Admin Assistant to assist our director. The role will be a part time role and a full job description will be available on request.

**Must have**:

- An Early Childhood Degree / Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Relevant Teachers' Registration (if applicable)
- Current First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis or willing to obtain
- Current WWCC
- A strong understanding of the Early Year Learning Framework ( EYLF) and The Victorian Early Years Framework.
- Plan and implement well-structured age-appropriate learning goals and teaching programs that engage children and promote learning.
- Mentor and develop others.
- Work in partnership in leading the team with our management team.
- Support projects and policies that help to provide the strong foundations that our community needs.
- Developing relationships with the children and families to incorporate their feedback into the program.
- Completing observations that implement the planning cycle and contributing to children's portfolios.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $50.00 per hour
