We are searching for our next Cert III or Diploma-trained Educators to join our Boronia (or Croydon) early learning services.

Your new work environment is a few minutes walk from Boronia train station. With exciting indoor learning environments with large natural outdoor spaces, complete with tanbark in age-appropriate areas.

Whilst the centre is large and accommodates more than 170 children across two buildings, it still keeps a home-like feel. Full of open-ended spaces to stimulate the children's minds and keeps the day busy. We are a multicultural diverse service and proud of this. We celebrate the diversity of cultures, practices and beliefs among children, families, and staff of our centre.

The service has worked hard to improve the rostering so employees are provided with more choices in the week. Rosters are prepared two weeks in advance. You can allocate days and shift times that suit your needs and choose from the location on offer. Or if you prefer casual employment, we have that too

**What we are looking for**:

- A warm and welcoming disposition with a deep passion for delivering excellence in early childhood education and care
- A **completed** ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma
- Experience in a long daycare setting
- Sound knowledge of relevant early years frameworks and regulations.
- A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
- Excellent programming and observation skills
- Working With Children Check (Employer)
- Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 pm
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
