**About the role**

SCT Logistics has a vacancy for an experienced administrator to support our finance and pallet control divisions. Reporting into the Management Accountant the purpose of this role is support the finance and pallet control departments of the SA division through providing effective control of hired pallets, completing finance administration and general operational administration duties as required.

**The some of the responsibilities of this role will be**:

- Ensure effective resolution and communication of pallet discrepancies, damages and non-compliant consignments.
- Processing freight delivery dockets to match with customer invoices and delivery paperwork.
- Manage invoices, process vendor payment and enter data into SAP.
- Process weekly good receipt payments and assist with financial administration and data analysis.
- Assist in responding to customer queries about pallets.
- Provide general administrative support to operations.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role providing a high level of customer service.
- Previous experience with finance or pallet administration is desirable.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure data integrity across SCT operating systems.
- A proactive attitude with a high degree of initiative and a positive approach.
- A team player
