**About the role**
We're seeking a proactive People and Culture Advisor to provide high-quality services and advice across our business areas. In this role, you’ll be part of a newly formed and dynamic Partnering team, providing support across the employee lifecycle to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. This will include responding to queries and providing business units with accurate and timely advice, supporting delivery of key aspects of our people programs, providing project and operational support, responding to queries, and coordinating cyclical workforce activities—all within a collaborative team environment.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Provide HR advisory services across the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, leave, and flexible working arrangements
- Coordinate key aspects of our people programs such as performance reviews, fitness passport, and vaccination initiatives
- Research and resolve people and culture queries, providing sound advice or escalating as needed
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment and cohesive service delivery
- Facilitate information sessions and communicate policies to build capability and understanding
- Prepare accurate reports and documents to on a range of matters to share progress updates, highlight trends and support decision-making
- Contribute to case management and team projects to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies for effective outcomes
- Knowledge and experience in delivering HR advice accompanied by sound administrative skills to prepare accurate written communication
- Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills to resolve queries across the employee lifecycle
