We are seeking a highly motivated professional for an opportunity to join our **National EIC Team** as our new **Regional Electrical Supervisor **for **Eastern Region** This role will require the **flexibility to travel** for site visits in **NSW, ACT** and on occasion nationally, though will mainly be based at our **Parramatta Office full time** Monday to Friday.

As the Regional Electrical Supervisor, you will play an integral part of providing daily electrical automation support and expertise to regional business operations as well as ensuring compliance to current legislative requirements and ensuring the highest standards of electrical safety, availability and reliability are met.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Be appropriately trained, qualified and competent to manage the standard of electrical work undertaken in an industrial environment as per NSW/ACT Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Mine Safety Regulations, and AS3000 and AS3007
- Identify opportunities and actively participate in associated electrical activities to ensure ongoing safety and reliability of all electrical systems across regional business operations
- Establish, manage, and review all electrical maintenance activities across regional business operations
- Work with relevant Government Authorities on matters relating to electrical installations and achieve long term favorable outcomes.
- Perform internal audits and checks of operations within NSW/ACT
- Provide accurate information and advice regarding key information and communication technologies, methodologies, and operational procedures
- Support investigations into incidents and safety or quality breaches.

**This role is a great fit for you if you**:

- Have five years of electrical trade experience as a licensed electrical contractor
- Have a Certificate III in Electro Technology and Electrician / NSW Electrical Contractors License
- Working knowledge with PowerCAD, AutoCAD or similar programmes desirable
- High Voltage Switching Certificate, Senior First Aid Certificate and Low Voltage Rescue Certificate would be highly regarded
- Project Management skills would be Advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to accurately understand and interpret complex information.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Hold a good understanding of current Legislative Requirements and previous experience with Government liaison and regulatory interaction would be Advantageous
- Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure
- Are results driven and a natural problem solver
