**About the Role**

As a **Customer Experience Assistant**, you’re the first smile and the steady presence that ensures every guest feels at ease and every service flows smoothly. This is a hands-on, people-focused role that combines hospitality, organisation, and operational awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Hospitality / Front of House**
- Greet every customer warmly and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Assist with and manage bookings through our system
- Conduct tours of the facility for new or curious guests
- Clearly communicate our service and membership offerings
- Check the booking system daily and ensure all services are prepared and ready for each customer

**Knowledge**
- Stay informed by reading/watching all training content provided by management and suppliers
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of equipment, wellness services, and session protocols

**Cleaning**
- Complete regular cleaning duties and sign off on required checklists
- Communicate any cleaning-related issues or concerns with equipment or spaces to management
- Notify management of any supply needs following daily checks

**Maintenance**
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and document them accurately
- Alert management promptly of any maintenance concerns or breakdowns
- Report any supply needs for equipment upkeep
