**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Team Leader within the state's specialist family violence service. The Orange Door is a family violence specialist service that provides first response to those seeking assistance after family violence and child well-being concerns. While our primary focus is working with people using violence, Orange Door staff are required to work from an integrated approach, also assisting victims/survivors and children.

**Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader are**:

- Lead a team of specialist family violence practitioners.
- Provide case oversight and direction.
- Ensure best practice standards.
- Work with the hub leadership team to deliver results.

We also operate Sunbury Community Hospital, Sunshine Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre, Melton Health and Community Services, Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre, Caroline Springs Community Health Centre and Grant Lodge Residential Aged Care in Bacchus Marsh. Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
