**Position Overview**:

As an Instrumental Coach, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and developing students' musical talents. You will have the opportunity to work with students across different skill levels and guide them in their musical journey. Collaborating with our dedicated Performing Arts faculty, you will contribute to our vibrant arts program and support students in achieving their artistic goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group piano, vocal, dance and/or acting coaching sessions to students.
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to students' skill levels and musical aspirations.
- Teach music theory, technique, interpretation, and performance skills.
- Prepare students for auditions, competitions, and school events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, expression, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with the music faculty to coordinate performances, recitals, and musical productions.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies, music trends, and industry practices.
- Attend weekly choir rehearsal as a piano accompanist
- Available to attend some school masses, assemblies and school performing arts activities

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in piano, vocal, dance and/or acting performance, music education, or a related Performing Arts field.
- Proven experience in tutoring secondary school students.
- Strong Performing Arts skills and proficiency in piano, vocal, dance and/or acting techniques.
- Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering their love for performing arts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational abilities to manage schedules, rehearsals, and performances.
- Passion for arts education and a commitment to student success.
- Supporting the Catholic ethos of the college
