**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for all branches of Avsar Group.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing enquiries or issues promptly.
- Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with overall marketing goals and company values.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Engage with influencers and relevant communities to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
- Work independently and efficiently from home, while maintaining regular communication with the Melbourne-based team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or TikTok famous.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Fun, outgoing personality with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Based in Melbourne, Australia.
