What you’ll do:

- Assist customers with water testing, product recommendations, and pool
- care advice
- Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
- Handle transactions, cashing up, and daily store tasks
- Support retail operations, including reporting and inventory checks
- Deliver professional, approachable customer service every time

What you’ll bring:

- Great communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, motivation, and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- We’ll teach you the pool-specific knowledge — what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
