**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**What You’ll Do**:
**Strategy Execution**: Implement and refine 1:1 communication strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and objectives. Continuously assess and refine strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong strategic insight and understanding of best practices
- Experience using Emarsys
- Proven experience in 1:1 communication strategies and audience segmentation
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- A process-driven, organised individual who can collaborate effectively across teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
