- As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting structural projects, enforcing safety and managing a fantastic team to ensure the best results.**Your new role**:
As a Structural Steel Supervisor, you will be working in Melbourne. Our client is looking for an experienced Supervisor that has exposure to working on large infrastructure projects (Bridges, Rail Stations, Structures, Transport) etc.**Duties**:

- Manage and support ALL engineers and subcontractors to ensure the best results
- Promote total job safety and environmental awareness to employees, subcontractors, and all persons engaged in the project.
- Organise, coordinate, and direct construction activities in accordance with construction schedules so as to complete the works on time and within budget whilst constantly ensuring that planning, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met.
- Provide construction support to our clients.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with Structural steel installation and rigging
- Ability to understand and interpret structural drawings
- Strong and proven ability to lead, direct and manage groups of diverse employees
- White collar background - **HIGHLY REGARDED**:

- Understanding of fabrication and logistics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An in-depth understanding on civil infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
