Stainform is an architectural metal fabrication company, specialising in balustrade fabrication and installation across the Sydney Basin for a widely varying client base, and interesting high end product.

We have available a full time position for an experienced, self-managed and motivated Trade qualified team member that is wanting long term employment to join our busy installation team.

**The role**
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday + Overtime and occasional weekend work
- An immediate start
- Company owned ute with fuel and tolls paid
- Company supplied tools for the job
- An attractive rate of pay

**The responsibilities of this position includes;**
- Installation of balustrades, and architectural metalwork as per drawings
- High level attention to detail and quality
- Be able to work independently, solve problems, resolve issues and maintain fantastic client relationships.
- Maintain safe work practices for yourself and others

**To be successful for this position, you must possess the following**:

- Sheetmetal/Boilermaker Trade qualification
- Current Australian citizenship or Visa with rights to work full time (no sponsorships)
- Some basic hand tools
- Experience with the installation of architectural metalwork
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
- Ability to multitask and plan ahead
- Strong problem solving ability
- Ability to adapt to change
- Flexibility with working hours
- Competent in MIG & TIG Welding.
- Boom lift licence (desirable)
- Scissor lift licence(desirable)
- Riggers licence (desirable)
- White card licence
- Drivers licence

**Duties will include**:

- Interpretation of technical drawings
- Checking installed items with drawings supplied
- Management of fixings and planning ahead for the project requirements
- Following and enforcing procedures in line with our Quality management system
- Resolving installation difficulties
- Perform welding duties using TIG and MIG welder
- Weld Mild Steel, Stainless Steel
- Install glass
- Use of hand power tools, grinders, oxy set, and other hand tools related to the job needs.
- Comply with WH&S regulations and procedures on site

**Pay rates are negotiable depending on experience and expertise. $35.00 to $40.00 per hour**

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
