With a newly renovated bar, gaming and seating area, pool tables and large TV Screens as well as weekly event entertainment for the best customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to all guests
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
- Upholding the responsible service of alcohol
- Experience with TAB is highly regarded
- Handling money in a responsible way
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the venue and ensuring personal hygiene of the venue and facilities is up to standards
- Maintaining responsible RCG practices
- Monitoring guest behaviour
- Resolving floor enquiries

**Essential Criteria**
- _**Must have**_ a current RSA & RCG Certificate
- _**Must be**_ _**available**_ to work weekends particularly afternoons and nights.
- _**Ability to **_solve problems as they arise_
- _**Strong**_ _attention to detail_

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
