Since opening its doors in 1876, Royal Hotel Granville has been the staple of Granville. We are a progressive hospitality business committed to servicing and expanding the community. Since opening our doors, we have undergone many renovations which has led the building to it current form. With a newly renovated bar, gaming and seating area, pool tables and large TV Screens as well as weekly event entertainment for the best customer experience. At the Royal Hotel Granville, we recognise the true value of team culture, commitment to customers and growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to all guests
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
- Upholding the responsible service of alcohol
- Experience with TAB is highly regarded
- Handling money in a responsible way
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the venue and ensuring personal hygiene of the venue and facilities is up to standards
- Maintaining responsible RCG practices
- Monitoring guest behaviour
- Resolving floor enquiries

**Essential Criteria**
- **_Must have_** a current RSA & RCG Certificate
- **_Must be_** **_available_** to work weekends particularly afternoons and nights.
- **_Ability to _**_solve problems as they arise_
- **_Strong_** _attention to detail_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
