2 Accounts Receivable Officer roles, paying $70k + Super

**Your new company**

This well-known Private Educational provider, located in Sydney CBD, has experienced exponential growth in its enrolments this year and require the services of 2 Permanent Accounts Receivable Officers. The roles are both exciting and challenging, as you will be working across different businesses in the group.

**Your new role**

Your duties will include;
- Cash receipting and cash allocation to invoices, reconciliation of student and client accounts
- Receipting of credit card payments and reconciliation of credit card deposits to bank
- Process of refunds
- Raising of invoices
- Liaising with relevant campus staff at school to ensure monies are correctly allocated and that invoicing is corrected where necessary
- Ensuring monies sitting in suspense are followed up and allocated

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 3-6 months experience working in a finance function
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting
- High volume, data entry. Proven data entry speed of 7000ksph is required for interview
- Sound and knowledge of accounting systems and debit and credits
- Ability to demonstrate organizational savvy in getting things done through formal and informal networks
- Team player with flexibility to work additional hours to complete the task if required, and assist others
- Client focussed and good communication skills

**What you'll get in return**

The salary for both roles is $70k + Super, plus 5 weeks Annual Leave each year
