**The Role**:
Reporting to the Media and Promotions Manager, the Media & Promotions Specialist will lead the end-to-end Retail Media & Broadcast production for the Repco brand including planning, budget management, briefing and creative execution and post analysis. The Media & Promotions Specialist will assist to manage vendors including the media agency, production agency and related suppliers/partner and coordinate media schedules and production timelines. Plus, assist in the Promotions pillar coordinating requirements for both Retail and Trade websites and other marketing collateral, including print and distribution and post implementation reviews.

**Duties include**:

- Lead the planning and management of the Repco media plan
- Lead the day to day media agency relationship
- Execute production of all media to support retail and brand promotional events
- Review Campaign Post Analysis and performance metrics
- Provide Monthly Competitive review data
- Lead and coordinate Media schedules and production timelines
- Lead and coordinate the production of broadcast campaign assets
- Assist in coordinating production of assets for digital channels

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
- Experience in a marketing generalist or specialist position
- Retail industry exposure desirable
- Punctuality, reliability and ability to work autonomous
- Highly developed written and verbal management, communication and computer skills
- Flexible nature, comfortable working with competing priorities and in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
