Permanent Banking and Treasury Officer role
- North Sydney Location / 3:2 Split
- $60,000 plus super

Our client is an Australian private-equity-backed company that has grown rapidly, both domestically and internationally, in the last 12 months. Due to ongoing growth and commercial success, our client has created this role to be responsible for the administration of all the bank accounts across the group, as well as managing the corporate credit card program, managing the credit limits, and ensuring the documentation Is up to date and accurate.

Core duties
- Ensuring all administration tasks on the banking portals are up to date
- Implement, review and maintain active user listings for all bank accounts
- The primary source of contact for the banks when queries arise
- Review and ensure forms are consistently prepared
- Prepare forms for banks in new markets that the Group may enter
- Manage the corporate credit card programs across geographies, ensuring user cards canceled when they terminate, and new cards are provided to approved roles
- First point of contact for head office staff and franchisee banking access queries
- Manage the spending limits on the cards
- Manage all KYC queries from banking suppliers.
- Assist the head of treasury with management and maintenance of all financing arrangements
- Assist with any queries on laser financing across the group.
- Compile bank balances and cash movements by region to assist the FP&A team in cash flow reporting
- Ad hoc cash analysis and reporting as required

**Requirements**:

- Background In Bookkeeping / Accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer focused, resilient and enjoys interacting with people
- Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High level of excel skills
