First impressions dental Stirling is looking for an experienced front desk coordinator available Can discuss hours and days at interview.

Duties will include:
Greeting patients

Scheduling patient appointments, managing appointment books

Patient information data entry

Processing HICAPS claims and accounts

Managing telephone enquiries and bookings

Capable of multitasking

Strong communication skills with patience caring and courteous manner

Work alongside our reception staff, practice manager corresponding and able to work as a team

Guided support by practice manager after hours

Dental or medical experience preferred

DFW experience not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stirling, WA 6021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Australia (required)
