**What We’re Looking For**:
We need workers who are **committed to their agreed shifts** and won’t cancel on short notice. This role requires individuals who can handle the **pressures and responsibilities** of support work with professionalism, patience, and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a support worker, you’ll play a vital role in assisting our participants with:
**Mentoring & Peer Support**
**Transport & Community Participation**
**General In-Home Support** (laundry, meal prep, gardening, etc.)
**Grooming Assistance** (nail care, hair care, wig installation)
**Ensuring the well-being of service animals**
**Prioritizing the participant’s comfort and overall well-being**

**Who You Are**:
We’re looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

✔ **Ability to Read, Understand & Implement Care Plans**

**Requirements**:
**Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.**
**Current First Aid & CPR certification.**
**Valid Police Check.**
