**Salary package**: $74,782 - $81,579 per annum (pro rata) plus 17% superannuation

**Terms**: Fixed term, 12 months, part-time (17.5 hours per week)

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a capable Project Officer to take on a key support role to help successfully deliver a diverse range of strategic research development projects across the College of Arts and Social Sciences. These projects intend to build relevant institutional capabilities by which the College can support its researchers to better meet strategic research goals.

Your demonstrated ability to provide effective logístical and organisational support for these projects, with superior attention to detail, will be crucial in ensuring they achieve their goals, as well as building a reputation for excellence in their delivery. Your proven qualitative analytical skills, particularly your ability to accurately and efficiently synthesise key information from project activities and workshops, will be essential in understanding key issues and inform future project direction. Your high level communication skills, will inspire positive stakeholder engagement with the overall program of strategic research development work

The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) is one of seven Colleges at ANU. The College, which is structured into two main research schools, offers degrees in more than 20 discipline areas and excels in research across the creative arts, humanities and social sciences. The College has a substantial international research presence and is a major source of national policy advice. Our academic staff are internationally recognised for their research, and 57 are members of the Australian Academy of the Humanities, the Academy of the Social Sciences of Australia, or both. We also host 13 Australian Research Council Future Fellows and three ARC Laureates. A hub of vibrant activity, we host more than 270 lectures, concerts and exhibitions each year, most of which are open to the public. Our students, staff and graduates come from more than 60 nations, bringing a diversity of perspective to campus life.
