Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for an Architectural Draftsperson on a contract basis to be based out of our Melbourne office to work in our Life Sciences business on high profile projects in Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East. Wood Life Sciences office in Melbourne services a wide variety of technology intensive sectors including biotechnology & pharmaceuticals, laboratories & research facilities, healthcare, advanced education and advanced manufacturing.

This is the opportunity for an energetic and professional Architectural Draftsperson to further develop her / his career within the Architectural team and strengthen her / his technical skills by being involved on various exciting and technically challenging projects to achieve outstanding design outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in architectural projects in developing drawings, schedules and other design documentation as required and in accordance with Australian Standards, BCA and Quality Assurance standards
- Work with other architects, designers and managers as required to support architectural project delivery

Skills / Qualifications:

- High competency in Revit is a must
- Experience in laboratory, healthcare and/or pharmaceutical design preferred but not essential
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Personal Qualities:

- Willingness to learn
- Good team player
- Able to work independently
