**The Role**
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Victorian team. This is an exciting opportunity within the electrical industry where you will be actively selling UPS, batteries and associated products to both new and existing clients. Not only that - you'll also play a key part in shaping the future direction of our sales initiatives and contributing to the ongoing success of our dynamic team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the National Sales Manager
- Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
- Improve sales effectiveness by actively building the company’s clientele.
- Maintain internal relationships & grow external opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to gain lead insight, perform sales forecasting, account planning and other related sales tasks to grow the business profitably
- Initiate a proactive approach to the customer relationship management process.
- Create quotes and enter orders as needed
- Update pricing sheets
- Support the Sales Team in setting up customer meetings & attend customer meetings as needed.
- Assist other sales team members in closing sales.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
**Our requirements**:
- Previous experience in Sales and/or similar roles.
- Experience in the industrial/electrical industries is essential.
- Have an understanding of Sure Power’s services.
- Firm command of assessing customer needs relative to Sure Power’s products.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & simPRO.
**Salary**: From $120,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
