**FULL TIME BAKER WANTED**

Emani Foods Pty Ltd trading as Bakers Delight Sunshine Marketplace located at Sunshine, VIC 3020 is currently seeking talented and a dedicated Full Time Baker for the daily operation of our business.

**Major duties**:
Ø Mixing, preparing, and baking bread and pastries

Ø Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.

Ø Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare and shaping dough

Ø Baking different bread types.

Ø Assess the quality of raw materials before baking to ensure conformance to set standards

Ø Monitoring oven temperature and product appearance to determine baking times

Ø Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls

Ø Follow Occupational Health and Safety guidelines for all products and working practices, including adhering to cleaning procedures, maintaining food at the correct temperatures, correct storage of goods, safe operation of equipment, and avoidance of spills, trips, and slips.

Ø Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance

**Work experience**: At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar position

**Education/Skills**: Relevant Qualifications

**Salary**: A$65,000 - A$75,000+ Superannuation

**Annual Leave**: 4 weeks

**Working Hours**: 38 Hrs per week

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
