**What you'll do:
Lead financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities.
Provide expert advice and submissions to senior stakeholders and government agencies.
Lead the timely delivery of annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
Navigate the complexity of State Library's services, balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery.
Inspire and develop a capable finance team, driving accountability and professional growth.

What we're looking for:
Strong experience across both management and financial accounting.
Proven leadership ability, with a track record of supporting and motivating teams.
Confidence in delivering financial strategy and advice within a complex organisation.
Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Commerce (CPA/CA desirable).
