**About the Role**:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable female support worker who can speak **Farsi** to assist clients in the Mount Druitt area. You will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and domestic assistance
- Support with community access and transport
- Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Offer companionship and culturally sensitive support
- Follow care plans and report any changes in client needs

**Requirements**:

- Must be female and fluent in Farsi
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or support work preferred
- Current Police Check, WWCC (Working With Children Check), and First Aid/CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle desirable
