Help To You is a registered NDIS provider. We work across Australia to provide core services to participants in the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support worker who are genuine in their desire to help others live their best life, people who are enthusiastic, can work independently and in a team.

You will be providing support to a young man.
- Woodcroft area - 3 to 4 hours each day (5 days a week)

We are looking for people who are reliable, punctual and who also take work health and safety seriously.

In providing support to people with intellectual/physical disabilities tasks will include:

- Companionship
- Manual handling
- General domestic duties
- Travelling with residents to appointments, day programs and outing
- Social support
- **Skills and experience**_

For an applicant to be considered for the role, you must have the following:

- 1+ year experience in supporting clients with a disability
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
- A current FULL NSW driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid Police Check
- NDIS worker screening check or willingness to obtain before starting
- 2 contactable references
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Arabic speaking

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

- Woodcroft, NSW 2767: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Support work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Covid Vaccination certificate (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
