**The Role**:
Due to growth, a great opportunity has become available for several Production Team Members to join our diverse team based at our Northmead manufacturing facility, who can adapt to the new and exciting environment at Coca Cola Europacific Partners as we continue to grow.

Receiving ongoing support and training, you will be able to operate high speed production & process equipment completing duties such as:

- Manage packaging and product changeovers
- Equipment cleaning
- Ingredient processing & batch making
- Monitoring production activity, resolving / escalating issues which impact production targets
- Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks

**Our chosen Production Team Members will have**:

- A proactive mechanical mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
- Good communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalations
- A “get up and go” attitude with eagerness to learn your production line
- A disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plant
- Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing machinery is highly desirable
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and LEAN Manufacturing Principles
- Previous experience in a similar role
