**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an amazing opportunity for a motivated and skilled Industrial Technician with proven experience as a **Maintenance Team Leader. **If you’re passionate about leading teams of skilled electricians and maintenance fitters in industrial automation, look no further As a collaborative leader committed to enhancing team culture and delivering great customer outcomes you will work at our high-profile customer site in **Northmead, NSW **covering a:

- 12-hour shift pattern (6.00am - 6.00pm; 6:00pm - 6:00am)
- 5 or 4 shifts On with 5 or 4 shifts Off
- Including weekday and weekends
- Site operates 24/7
- When working this pattern, you will complete an even number of day and night shifts during the roster pattern

This a permanent full time position offers excellent company benefits, penalty rates on public holidays + shift loading and overtime opportunities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreements
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and products
- Adhering to and promoting safety standards and work practices
- Leading a small team to ensure system maintenance and optimisation requirements are achieved.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Electrical or Mechanical qualifications with experience in an Industrial environment
- **Electrical**: Unrestricted Electrical Licence (Australian)
- **Mechanical**: Fitter Trade qualification. Restricted Electrical qualification is ideal (not mandatory)
- Experience in troubleshooting / problem solving equipment faults
- Customer focus, ensuring high quality service and output
- Good understanding of PLC in Siemens S7 and SCADA
- CMMS experience with Maximo is ideal (training will be provided)
- Mechanical maintenance experience is highly regarded in industrial environments
