The culture is collaborative, dynamic and fast paced. You will be a highly motivated, energetic HR professional who can quickly think on their feet and manage a number of competing priorities simultaneously.

This opportunity is unique in that you will have exposure to working in labs and high level facilities and also would require some travel as part of the role.

You will be supporting and guiding two key business units, partnering with senior leaders across these groups whilst focusing on strategic and value add projects whilst enhancing people business value across these key units.
- Solid experience in all generalist HR disciplines.
- Highly sophisticated consulting and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast moving, dynamic environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills exemplified by experience establishing and maintaining strong partnerships and a history of delivering a credible and exceptional level of customer service.
- Demonstrated evidence of professional and respectful behaviours and attitudes in a collaborative team environment.
