Our National steel supplier requires two experienced Machine Operators with a forklift license on a day shift starting at 5.00am, full-time hours plus overtime when required.

The distribution center is located in Dandenong South and due to the location and start time your own transport is preferred.

**About the role**:

- Conducting pre-start checks on all equipment and machinery before it is used.
- Reporting any faults to your Manager or Supervisor immediately
- Operating all machines and using any relevant equipment in a safe manner as stated in the SOP.
- Operate overhead gantry crane and forklift to remove and load product on machinery when required.
- Reading and understanding the delivery preparation & load large/ longest bundles first when required.

**About you**:

- Previous Machine Operation experience
- Reliable and able to work full-time hours starting at 5am
- Valid forklift license
- Ability to work in a heavy steel manufacturing environment safely
- Can start immediately
