Head of Applications & Solutions | Information Technology

What are we looking for?

What will you bring?

It is _essential _that you will be have:

- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of reverent work experience in technical product management
- Transforming CX levels in a mid-level organisation
- Strong experience in managing corporate IT Support at all levels.
- Strong understanding of technical issue resolution workflow and systems.
- Experience defining business objectives and product strategy

It is _highly desirable_ if you have the following:

- Project Management (PMI Certification preferred)
- IT Security (Cyber Essentials or similar)
- Technical Capacity (Technical Certifications example: Microsoft, Amazon, Google)
- Advanced skills in one or more of the major programming languages (either 'legacy' or 'hot') such as Cobol, C++, Visual Basic,.NET, XML, ASP, COM/DCOM, Pick, UniVerse, SB+ and/or SQL.
- Advanced skills and knowledge of one of the major relational database packages such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase or DB2

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven and passionate about business development
- Ability to build strong relationships with a broad range of people.
- Absolute focus on service to users.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple staff and prioritise work
- Driven by a collaborative working environment.
