**THE ROLE**

We’re seeking an experienced sales consultant who has a passion for providing an exceptional end-to-end experience for Origin’s business customers.

You will work alongside our professional, yet gif-loving team, based in Melbourne and be responsible for existing and new business customers. Although primarily a telephone-based role, you are the face of the Origin Energy brand to our business customers. Your high level of attention to detail and adaptive problem solving will ensure that you are providing the best experience to our customers, within each and every interaction.

Some key activities of the role include:

- Providing a positive customer experience to Origin business customers by responding promptly and taking ownership of sales referrals and quote requests.
- Assist existing & potential Origin business customers with Origin’s products and services as part of a transition to a more sustainable future.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain your working knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative requirements with a focus in large market.

**Is this you?**

You are a highly motivated results focused individual who has proven sales skills and a high level of business acumen.

You will have:

- Relevant experience in a sales team/account management position within the energy industry is ideal
- Experience dealing with B2B customer clientele is essential
- Commercial & Industrial (large market) experience within the energy industry is a big plus
- We care more about your ability to produce the best quality of work, so we need you to be proactive and genuinely motivated to manage your own day and perform in your role, with our highly engaged team
