Position Summary
Position title: Area Manager
Reports to: OIEC

Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Uphold the company’s mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;
2. Demonstrated ability to build, develop and lead the team;
3. Ability to develop a business plan, run meetings and set up KPIs;
4. Demonstrated ability to perform, monitor, report, and analysis as set in KPIs;
5. Ability to prospect, appraise, list, and sell property;
6. Ability to plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
7. Customer Database Management Ability;
8. Participate in all scheduled management, network, and extraordinary meetings;
9. Assisting with the sales campaign process from start to finish.
About You
The ideal candidate for the role of Area Manager must have:
1. Can do and open to learning attitude;
2. Excellent Communication, Verbal, and Presentation Skills;
3. A great sense of humor; Reliable and trustworthy character;
4. A strong performer in a team environment, the presentation has proven organizational skills;
5. Tenacious and hungry attitude to succeed;
6. Sound knowledge of the Industry’s acts, legislations, and compliances.
Position Requirements
1. Agent Representative Certificate;
2. Certificate IV in Property Services (Highly preferred);
3. Estate Agent License (Highly preferred);
4. Current Police Check Record;
5. Driving License and reliable vehicle.
