**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of successfully facilitating quality training delivery programs. You will have experience in adapting to a range of delivery modalities including classroom, remote and hybrid.
- ITIL4 Foundation
- Project Management (PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, Agile PM)
- Business Analysis (AgileBA)
- Other related project management disciplines

**What will you do?**
- Deliver face-to-face, blended and remote ICT Training to clients who are looking to expand their digital skills for their career journeys.
- Format, research, design, develop and maintain training course materials which may include manuals, training plans, outlines, learning objectives, instructor guides, student guides, workshop exercises and performance tests.
- Create and maintain an engaging learning environment
- Evaluate learning material on an on-going basis and adjust appropriately
- Continuously develop yourself in downtime by keeping up to date with vendor updates and information
- Build and maintain customer and internal stakeholder relationships

**What have you accomplished?**
- A proven record of course facilitation with a minimum of three (3) years’ training experience
- Three (3) years’ industry experience in the project management field
- Experience in Lean SixSigma would be highly regarded
- Preferably a TAE40116 certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence are essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are highly important
