Take on a critical role with our client, apt.Residential, a successful specialist build to rent developer and investment manager. With a rapidly expanding development and construction pipeline and a growing team, they looking for someone who can grow with our business, in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced ICT Manager with a background in systems implementations to join our growing development team and play an important role in supporting apt.Residential.

**As ICT Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Analyse organisational information needs and define technology solutions to address them effectively.
- Develop and implement comprehensive ICT strategies, policies, and plans to support business objectives.
- Lead the selection, installation, and configuration of ICT resources, ensuring user training and support.
- Manage ICT operations, balancing priorities between system development, maintenance, and ongoing operations.
- Oversee the security and integrity of ICT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Responsible for the technical rollout of the Yardi system across the apt.Residential operational assets.
- Maintaining the Yardi infrastructure network and providing ongoing tech support for the Yardi infrastructure and other IT systems.
- Managing the company webpage, alongwith the online and cloud based platforms.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an ICT leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in leading system implementations and managing Yardi IT infrastructure is essential.
- Prior involvement in devising information and user communication strategies is desirable.
- Practical experience or exposure to managing IT security is preferred.

**Education**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline or equivalent applicable experience.

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- An in-depth understanding of IT systems management and Yardi IT infrastructure
- The ability to build strong trusted relationships at all levels of the business and within the market.
- An understanding of the policy, process and the relevant governance requirements that are required to operate in the residential accommodation sector.
