**Responsibilities**
- Provide advice and direction on learning design
- Influence stakeholders across the learning technology environment
- Work with developers to enhance online learning
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support team members
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Delta Tango

**To be successful in such a role you will have**:

- at least 2 years’ management consulting experience
- 5 years' prior experience in another discipline or a related qualification
- experience in learning technologies such as moodle and sap
- proven ability to provide needs-based solutions to any problem.
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
- Government or Defence experience preferred
