**The Role**

Based at Sureway’s Elizabeth office, full time permanent role.

Your ability to have a conversation easily enables you to connect with people to change lives and build stronger communities. Your confidence, adaptability and problem-solving approach will set you up for success. In this job you will work with a broader team from other sites to support people with disabilities to get into work.

Leverage your sales and marketing experience to link with employers and local businesses where you can source vacancies and support job seekers once they get work.

Being new to the employment or disability industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positive attitude, the ability to manage your workload / priorities, confidence with a variety of customer relationships, and solid administration skills you can succeed with us.

**Duties**
- Assist clients to set goals for employment including identifying smaller steps along the journey.
- Work with employers to help them understand what to expect when hiring someone with disability (e.g., better attendance, great commitment, etc)
- Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment.
- Collaborate with your teammates.
- Maintain accurate records.
