**_About the Job_**
- Permanent full-time position. Based in Elizabeth_

Engage with a caseload of clients on their journey to secure employment opportunities. Then, support them to stay employed through the Disability Employment Services contract. Success in this role comes from building trust, listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored to their specific needs. **_ Duties_**
- Get people into work by breaking down the goal of employment into smaller, achievable steps
- Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services
- Deliver holistic caseload management
- Ensure accurate timely administration

Experience is an asset, but equally being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have a positive attitude, the ability to manage your workload / priorities and confidence with a variety of customer relationships you can succeed with us. Sureway’s training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.
