**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team, contributing towards a future production profile of up to half a million oz. of gold annually.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Fixed Plant Fitter to join our high performing Processing maintenance team at our Duketon operations. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and effectively carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities in a fixed plant environment in alignment with processing shift crews.

This is a FIFO role on a 2:1 roster (week of days, week of nights).

About the Role

Inspecting the workplace for hazards and promoting safe work practices;
Safely and effectively delivering execution of planned & unplanned maintenance activities;
Resolving on the job work issues;
Ensuring work procedures are followed;
Relieving team members in the workplace as required;
Referring unresolved issues and problems to the supervisor;
Assisting processing with housekeeping; and
Assisting processing with operational requirements within scope of training and skills.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Trade qualified and competency certificates in mechanical maintenance;
Demonstrated post trade experience in the mining or heavy industry within a process plant environment;
Relevant tickets such as Forklift, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, EWP & Crane/Dogging/Rigging highly regarded;
WA ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence (manual);
Knowledge and experience with maintenance management systems;
Proven understanding of risk assessment and safety management systems.
Possesses a solid work ethic and strong desire to perform tasks safely and efficiently;
Enthusiastically finds problems and assumes ownership of issues and solutions facing the operation; and
A self-starter who is motivated, demonstrating initiative to extend themselves.
