**Nepean Tutoring** is looking for caring, capable, and **reliable tutors** to join our friendly team, supporting students from **Preschool to Year 12 in Maths, English, Science, and Business Studies**. We pride ourselves on personalised, one-on-one support. Some experience in working with students that have additional learning needs (including up to ASD Level 2 and/or ADHD) is highly valued but not essential.

**What We Offer**
- **Above award wages** + superannuation
- **Flexible hours**- fit tutoring around your university, work, or family schedule
- Sessions are typically 1 hour per week per student
- **Minimum 2-3 hours per week**:

- Most tutoring is face-to-face, one-on-one in the student’s home or at a local library (some online sessions available)
- Ongoing support from our experienced team

**Requirements**:

- **Must have a car**- most sessions involve travel to students’ homes or local libraries
- **Reliability and consistency are essential** - families depend on your commitment; we prefer at least a 12-month commitment
- **Excellent communication skills, patience, and professionalism**
- **Qualified teachers** - pay reflects your experience and expertise
- **University students**, especially those studying Education, Psychology, or related fields
- **High-achieving, reliable Year 12 students**who are passionate about helping younger learners
