About the Role
- Pre-setting and setting up procedure rooms with appropriate equipment and consumables so that surgical teams can complete procedures
- Assisting the surgical team transfer patients to and from the Wards, Holding Bay, Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and then to safely transfer patients to and from operating theatre tables.
- Supporting theatre procedures as directed and in accordance with approved work duties and procedures or as advised by supervisors.
