**Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital team**
- As a Theatre Orderly, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient safety; providing direct care by supporting and assisting Surgeons and Nurses. You'll play an essential role in ensuring surgery is performed in a sterile environment, advocating and ensuring your patient's dignity, and transporting and assisting them before and after surgery.**What makes a difference for us?**
- You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and care, strong communication and time management skills and the ability to work effectively according to direction as well as:
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative
- Hold or working towards a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an Orderly position within an operating theatre setting - _desirable_
