**The Organisation**:
The Women’s Housing Company (WHC) Limited s a Specialist Tier 1 provider of community housing and homelessness services to women with and without children. **The Role**:
The Team Leader, Tenancy Services is a valued member of the WHC Senior Management Team and reports directly to the Housing Services Manager. It is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to all WHC tenants. Leading and managing the Tenancy Services Team, this role maintains excellent stakeholder relationships, ensures compliance with legislative requirements, and drives organizational culture and performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead an experienced team of 7 in tenancy services, ensuring client needs are met for quality outcomes.
- Assist in developing and implementing business plans and related activities.
- Manage adherence to customer service standards and policies.
- Support compliance and legislative requirements through accurate data recording and reporting.
- Ensure financial goals are met by effectively managing rent, arrears, vacancies, and voids.
- Maintain high-quality housing standards through portfolio review and home visit schedules.
- Foster partnerships for continuous improvement and sustainable tenancies.
- Actively contribute to achieving tenant satisfaction benchmarks.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification/s in Social Housing or similar
- Demonstrated experience in staff leadership, mentoring and guidance
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- In depth experience in tenancy management and a thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and social housing policy and framework
- NSW Driver’s license
