About the role

We are seeking dedicated AIN's (Cert III) with a passion for looking after our Elderly to work at our Facility located in North Parramatta. Flexibility is essential to cover various AM, PM and Night shift shifts at our Facility located in North Parramatta.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with personal care activities

- Monitoring and reporting on the health and wellbeing of residents

- Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care

- Maintaining accurate documentation and records

- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents

What we're looking for

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)

- Previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Commitment to upholding high standards of resident safety and wellbeing

- Evidence of Covid vaccination.

- Right to Work in Australia essential.

- NDIS Worker Screening.
