**About Us**
At **Neurodiverse Playhouse**, we’re redefining what therapy looks like for neurodivergent children. Our Melbourne and Brisbane clinics offer neuroaffirming, play-based allied health services in creative, supportive spaces—both indoors and outdoors. We support children with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays and emotional regulation needs, using approaches like **primitive reflex integration**, movement-based learning, and family-centred care.

We’re now welcoming a passionate and experienced **Paediatric Exercise Physiologist** to join our **Melbourne team** for **Saturday sessions** at our beautiful **Yarraville Playhouse**.

**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, child-led environment where **movement is medicine**. You’ll have access to **indoor and outdoor therapy spaces**, and the chance to shape fun, purposeful sessions that truly make a difference.

You’ll support children with a range of needs through:
**Primitive reflex integration**
Gross motor and postural control development
Regulation and movement-based sensory supports
Functional skills, strength, coordination, and mobility
Parent coaching and at-home movement planning

**We’d Love to Hear From You If You**:
Are an **Accredited Exercise Physiologist** with experience (or interest) in paediatrics
Understand the importance of **neuroaffirming** and trauma-informed practice
Are familiar with or open to learning **primitive reflex integration** techniques
Thrive in flexible, creative, and fun therapy environments
Want to be part of a values-driven, supportive team that celebrates individuality
Are available Saturdays and love working with kids
