Work for a Waste Management business in ACT as their Maintenance Manager in a permanent role.

**Your new company**
Would you like to work for a family owned and operated business? This organisation is well known in Canberra as a specialist recycling plant with a large scale operation including fixed and mobile plant machinery, trucks and earth moving equipment.

**Your new role**
As the Maintenance Manager you will lead the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and vehicles are operating safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for the following among other duties;
- Overseeing, conducting and delegating preventative maintenance and break down management
- Tracking expenses and budget for maintenance team, ordering parts and consumables
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed in a timely manner
- Coordinating with external contractors for any work required outside your remit

**What you'll need to succeed**
A successful Maintenance Manager will have;
- Experience managing a team
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A trade certification in Maintenance/Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
- Excellent organisational and communication skills

**What you'll get in return**
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of $120,000 - $130,000 + super + vehicle. This client organises and provides extra tickets and licenses and training for their employees.
