**Job Description**:
Working within Digital Solutions, this is a key position in maintaining business processes and supporting IT Directors across the portfolio. The Business Support Officer provides a wide range of administrative and support services to facilitate business operations and service delivery including;
- Organise the calendar, travel and conference commitments of Director/s; and senior staff
- Assist with meetings including agendas, minute taking and providing progress reports
- Business support for financial processes including payments, reimbursements and reconciliation
- Coordinate a range of activities on behalf of Directors including visitor meetings, staff functions and recruitment processes
- Provide back up support and coverage for the loading bay including receiving and dispatching goods
- This is an ongoing full time position based at our Nathan campus. _

The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4, Base Salary $65,112 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total package is in the range of $76,181 to $80,379 per annum.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive administration and office support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage with, and support stakeholders at an executive level
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative, exercise sound judgement and prioritise workload during busy periods
- Able to identify and initiate opportunities for improvements to systems, processes or tools
- Competent skills in MS Office with an ability to quickly become proficient in a range of IT systems
